Installation Guide
Installing the Ariosa DOT is straightforward. Follow the steps below to ensure the unit is positioned, connected and commissioned correctly. We recommend that all installers watch the installation video before installation is carried out.
Position the unit
The unit is installed along a perimeter wall and can even be installed under a window thanks to its compact size and excellent versatility.
Drill the air holes
Two 125 mm diameter holes must be drilled to allow for intake and exhaust airflow.
Connect the condensation drain
The condensation drain can be externally connected by making a small hole to the wall leading to the outside environment, conversely it can be connected to the drainage system situated close to the Ariosa DOT HRV unit.
Fix the unit to the wall
Using the template and brackets provided with the unit, Ariosa DOT can be safely affixed to the wall in just a few simple steps.
Connect to power
Once positioned, it must be connected to the main electrical network in order to be powered and fully functional.
Complete start-up
Once the unit is turned on, the initial start-up menu will guide the user through the process of setting the machine’s functions: in just a few minutes, the Ariosa DOT will be ready to guarantee optimal comfort while at the same time optimizing energy consumption.
