Next Day Delivery
We offer next working day delivery on orders placed before 2pm, subject to stock availability and delivery location. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the following working day.
Delivery Charge
A £45 delivery fee applies to orders requiring delivery. Due to the size and nature of the Ariosa DOT, orders are delivered securely by pallet delivery to help ensure your product arrives safely and undamaged.
Collection
You can also choose to collect your order from our premises at no delivery charge.

Returns
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- In its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Complete with all components, accessories and documentation supplied with the product
Please contact us before returning your order so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Products that have been installed, used, altered or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
